Affiliate links and editorial independence
Updated September 8, 2026.
Sundance Visitor Guide is free to read. We plan to apply to travel affiliate programs, but we do not currently have approved Expedia or Viator affiliate partnerships. References to those services do not mean they sponsor or endorse this website.
How future affiliate links will work
If we join a program, some clearly disclosed hotel, activity or transport links may earn us a commission when a reader makes an eligible booking. We will update this page and identify commercial links near the relevant recommendation when those links are introduced.
Compare the actual booking terms
Prices, taxes, included services and cancellation conditions can differ between a hotel or operator’s own website and a booking platform. We do not promise that two channels have identical prices. Compare the total for the same dates, guests and product before paying.
What our recommendations mean
We compare practical fit: location, route, schedule, stated facilities and booking terms. A property or experience can be included without an affiliate relationship. A listing is a research option, not a claim that we personally stayed there or tested the experience, unless the article explicitly documents that visit.
Sponsored content
Any paid placement introduced in future will be clearly labeled Sponsored. Payment will not remove factual caveats, change published cancellation terms or turn an unverified claim into a confirmed one.
Who handles a booking?
Your booking is made with the provider or platform identified at checkout. That company handles payment, booking confirmation, changes and refunds under its terms. Sundance Visitor Guide does not sell festival tickets or process reservations.
